Expressparking

Alles in orde

Disappointing pickup service. I arrived at the airport at 22:30, but I was only able to leave the parking facility with my car around midnight, almost 1.5 hours later. I was initially told that the driver would arrive within 20 minutes. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I called and was told it would take another 10 minutes. I then waited a further 20 minutes, and still received misleading information when I called again. In total, I spent around one hour waiting for the pickup. The whole process took almost as long as my flight. The price may be cheaper than other parking options, but with this level of delay and poor communication, I don't think the money saved is worth it. I would consider using the service again only if the pickup times and communication are significantly improved.

Satisfait, personnel aimable
